I made a short scouting trip for flounder. I checked some spots that are close to my dock. The water temperature was 57 degrees. I was using the gulp twister tail. I did not have one bump. If the water does not warm up by Saturday it will be tough to catch flounder with artificial bait. I am going to head back out fishing when the tide has ran out a little more. I am hoping to find some water at least 60 degrees. I am fishing No bones flounder tournament opening day so I will be scouting all week. I hope to have a better report later to night
