I went out before dark striper fishing. I walked a mile down and across the marsh and the sand dunes. IT was a very pretty day blue skies and the sounds of all the summer birds that have arrived made for a nice walk. The water was clear blue and on the cold side. I did not see any bait at all.I stayed anyway and enjoyed the last of the evening. I did see on the bass barn that Bucktail Willie caught his first flounder. He had 6 nice summer flounder. So they have arrived.
