The back bays are full of large flounder here in Cape May co. NJ.. The season does not start until May 23 I hope a few stick around for opening day. Stripers mostly shorts 20-26″ are hitting every tide, mostly at night under the lights. I see a few weakfish have been caught. I have had trouble with my engine, so I have not been to my early weakfish spots. The wind is out of the North East today so I am sure the weakfish are not hitting to today. I hope to get this boat fixed in time for the next good tide.
